The King Heritage & Cultural Centre is pleased to present Resist & Persist, its 4th annual art show in recognition of International Women’s Day.
The theme for 2025 encouraged artists to consider the past, present and future of women’s rights and the struggle for equality, acceptance and empowerment. Artists drew inspiration from current issues, personal struggles, notable women, moments in history, their own role models and more – and represent this theme in the medium of their choice.
Resist & Persist is a powerful and dynamic art exhibition that highlights the struggle for women’s rights and emphasizes that there is more to be done.
